Sugam Elevators started in 2013, one of the best elevator companies in India with people having experience of more than 15 years. We have an experienced team with full knowledge of design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of elevators and escalators.

We are taking up the job of design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning lifts. We provide one-year free maintenance to our products as a good gesture. After completion of the free maintenance period, we are ready to take up the annual maintenance contract of elevators at reasonable rates. Our scheduled service ensures that our products perform to their highest efficiency.

We are also undertaking the modernizations, renovation of existing lifts as per the desire of the customer and ready to enter into AMC of any lifts.

Our Products

1. Hospital elevator

Hospital elevators are designed considering the specific needs of the Hospital in shifting patients from OT to the ICU along with pieces of equipment. Used for simple transportation of a patient on a wheelchair to wheeling away a critical patient on a stretcher without disturbing his life support system with doctors and nurses, smoothly, silently and swiftly, without jerks and shocks. The speed and capacity of the stretcher elevators are selected according to the customer’s requirements.

1. Escalator

An escalator is a moving staircase – a conveyor transport device for carrying people between floors of a building. The device consists of a motor-driven chain of individual, linked steps that move up or down on tracks, allowing the step treads to remain horizontal.

Escalators are used around the world to move pedestrian traffic in places where elevators would be impractical. Principal areas of usage include departmental stores, shopping malls, airports, transit systems, convention centres, hotels, arenas, stadiums and public buildings.

Escalators can move large numbers of people, and they can be placed in the same physical space as one might install a staircase. They have no waiting interval (except during very heavy traffic), they can be used to guide people toward main exits or special exhibits, and they may be weatherproofed for outdoor use. A non-functioning escalator can function as a normal staircase, whereas many other conveyances become useless when they break down.

1. Freight Elevators

A freight elevator or goods lift is an elevator designed to carry goods. Freight elevators are generally required to display a written notice in the car that the use by passengers is prohibited.

Freight elevators are typically larger and capable of carrying heavier loads than a passenger elevator, generally from 2,300 to 4,500 kg. Freight elevators may have manually operated doors and often have rugged interior finishes to prevent damage while loading and unloading.

1. Passenger Elevator

Passenger elevators are used in homes, offices, commercial complexes, residential apartments, hotels, hospitals etc. The passenger capacity of the elevator varies from 4 passengers to 20 passengers. The selection of the right side of the elevator will be based on the density of traffic and the number of floors the elevator has to travel.
