Voylla Branded stores need to be run by professionals and the appearance of people attending the store also need to be professional. Hence, it is mandatory for the Franchisee to follow hiring and training protocols of brand Upon hiring the staff, the Franchisee is required to request SOP and product training session. The brand training team will conduct these trainings over multiple sessions – remotely or in person as per the availability The staff is also required to wear ID and brand uniform. There is no uniform for the store manager, but the store manager should dress neatly in casual or semi-casual. The Staff should wear Voylla Branded Teal shirt, Black Pant, and Black Shoes. Franchisee will need to purchase two shirts/staff at INR 500/- per shirt from the Brand. Brand will give first set (two shirts) free of costs to the Franchisee before store launch.
