Dark Kitchen is a Concept of Cloud Kitchen, which means customers can only order food online or can have a take away from the outlet. We have two models in this : The Franchise Fees that we are Charging for a Cloud Kitchen is 3 lakhs all inclusive*, and the fees that we are charging for the dine in model is 5 lakhs all inclusive * The total cost for a cloud kitchen model can go up to 6-8 lakhs all inclusive ( this also includes the franchise feed) The cost for the dine-in restaurant model can go up to 10-14 lakhs. The agreement will be made for 5 years and it will be totally royalty free , so you don't have to pay anything else once you have paid the franchise fees.
