AM I ALLOWED TO SELL COMPETING PRODUCTS FROM OTHER BRANDS AT THE SHOWROOM?
We follow a strict non-competing product policy restricting our retail partners to sell competing products from other brands. You may however choose to sell brands and products from non-competing categories at the store. While the company may choose to enter new product categories the franchise partners are bound to the above stated policy.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY TRAINING?
We believe in partnering and upgrading all our retail partners for which a time to time training will be scheduled and conducted. Company will also provide adequate training material and a Trained Store Promoter to you.
WHAT ADDITIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARE THERE FOR ME?
For partners who are based in Non-Metro towns/cities, we will provide an additional opportunity to distribute Elegant Products to other retailers within your area. However an additional investment will be required for the same.
WHY IS THE AGREEMENT FOR 2 YEARS?
As a brand we wish to be very transparent to our partners and provide them timely opportunity to evaluate and consider their association with us. We feel that two years is a fair time to gauze the benefits and consider long term association.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER TWO YEARS ?
If you wish to renew the contract the same needs to be initiated 90 days prior to the expiration of the agreement. However the renewal shall depend upon mutual agreement of both parties.
